We offer free shipping to E.U, U.S, U.K, Norway, Switzerland, and Canada. Outside of these destinations, the shipping price is €25. Incl.VAT. -to European destinations. 

Money-back guarantee/Returns

We have a 60-day money-back policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can return the products even when worn, no questions asked. You will have to cover the return shipment costs yourself.

Note: Use Your preferred shipper. Medzys sends with UPS. Send us an update when the parcel is delivered, including track .no, and we will prepare for refund the total sum.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know when the refund is approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty

We have a one-year warranty on all our products. Should the product stop working for reasons related to regular use, we will replace it. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer.
